Survey - How it works Design Survey
Survey can be designed from scratch using different types of questions:
- pick one with or without comments,
- check all that apply,
- single line text response,
- multi line text response,
- matrix question set,
- select and rate.
Survey can be created by copy and edit the existed one. Analyst can set the questions order or define the logic of determining the questions by previous answers or respondent role/position. Before publishing the survey Analyst can run it in test mode to check the logic and questions presentation.
Launch Survey
Analyst selects users to be surveyed, sets start and end dates, edits and emails invitations to respondents. By obtaining results Analyst emails reminders to users that have not passed the survey, controls progress and can close survey on reaching the end date (or by own decision). Respondents get the survey invitation with URL and login details. Passing the survey respondent can pause and continue it at any time.
View and Analyze
Results To view and analyze the survey data Analysts run univariate and multivariate distribution online reports. These reports consider filtering by question and role/position; calculate main statistics coefficients such as mode, median, average, and dispersion. To make more deep analysis Analyst use function of export to SPSS application.
